Hello again, I emailed y'all a while back in regards to my Glambag subscription. I've heard things about y'all for a while now however even my platoon Sgt said something about y'all so I decided to go for it. My March ispy bag arrived and there was nothing in it. The pink bubble warpped package came, but there was literally nothing in there, not even the makeup bag. Ipsy charged my Visa card in April and May I have never received any products from you, ever. I signed up and you put me on a wait list, so I decided to go with another company, they did not wait list me. I immediately cancelled my account with you. Called the "customer service" number and got a voice mail stating that Ipsy doesn't have customer support. I have sent numerous e mails to Ipsy requesting for cancellation of monthly bags.
